Description
studies
show that the earlier a scar is treated the better chance there is of minimizing
it's appearance. an occlusive dressing for the first 24-48 hours after a
procedure has been shown to promote more rapid healing. our special clear,
thin, waterproof dressing is applied easily and quickly. it is impermeable
to liquids and bacteria. when placed correctly, this dressing protects the
site from outside contamination. it is also latex-free and hypoallergenic for
extra safety.
trauma and skin injury also heal in less time due to the introduction of oxygen to
the wound site. vitamin E is an oil-based vitamin and a major antioxidant.
vitamin E softens, hydrates and lubricates the scar making the skin much more
pliable during healing, an important factor in retaining as much range of
movement as possible. this dressing is breathable which allows for moisture
exchange. vitamin C is critical for normal healing. it is also an
essential ingredient to a healthy scar.

scavenger. a moisturizing base of pure food-grade aloe vera
assists in soothing irritated skin.

Directions
follow the advice of your
surgeon or physician. use on surgical incision. prepare site. do not use with any skin adhesive or preps (like Mastisol or
Benzoin). choose correct size. remove liner to expose adhesive.
place without tension over site. smooth down edges. remove after 1-2 days.
avoid eye contact. in case of contact, flush with water.
