Description

studies show that the earlier a scar is treated the better chance there is of minimizing it's appearance. an occlusive dressing for the first 24-48 hours after a procedure has been shown to promote more rapid healing. our special thin, waterproof flexible adhesive bandage is applied easily and quickly. this bandage has clinically been proven to flatten and fade red and raised scars. it is impermeable to liquids and bacteria. when placed correctly, this dressing protects the site from outside contamination. it is also latex-free and hypoallergenic for extra safety.

trauma and skin injury also heal in less time due to the introduction of oxygen to the wound site. vitamin E is an oil-based vitamin and a major antioxidant. vitamin E softens, hydrates and lubricates the scar making the skin much more pliable during healing, an important factor in retaining as much range of movement as possible. this bandage is breathable which allows moisture exchange.

Directions

follow the advice of your physician. clean area do not use with any skin adhesive. choose correct size. remove liner to expose adhesive. place without tension over site. smooth down edges. remove after 1-2 days. avoid eye contact. in case of eye contact, flush with water.
